VoiceGuide can do this: "the system should call to the phone number and play the pre-recorded voice file corresponding to that code."

 

But VoiceGuide cannot receive SMS messages itself. Some other program should receive the SMS and then tell VG to make the call.

 

The easiest way to do this is to just have a mobile phone attached to a computer and write some software/script which upon the phone receiving an SMS tells VG to make a call.

thanks but if I get the software for receiving the SMS and passing it to VB, then what is the command input method for VG? - means how VG can recognize the command to call and play the file
